In my idler moments (it happens on rare occasions), I wonder to myself which is more insane, a culture that seems to encourage ‘anger expression’, or a culture that appears to bend over backwards to accommodate it?
As an aside to my aside, if you want a sanitised politically-correct version of events, you need look no further than the good old BBC, which is why I always rely on them to tell me the half of the story that is safe for me to know 😉 .

So the kids riot (I still don’t know why) and the people want the police charged for causing a bit of harm when they tried to calm things down??? Scary!

One could argue that “a culture that seems to encourage ‘anger expression’” goes hand in hand with “a culture that appears to bend over backwards to accommodate it”. The latter validates and encourages the former. If that is true, then the Parisian riots are not really insane, but rather part of a strategy to frighten the nation of France into submission. Until recently, French Jews born the brunt of Islamist intimidation, and many have emigrated to Canada and elsewhere.
That’s not to say that France is guiltless. Muslims were allowed to immigrate from former colonies in Africa, but they were not accepted into mainstream French society. They have been subjected to discrimination and other social and economic disadvantages. To some extent, they have legitimate grievances. Needless to say, however, anarchy is not the answer.
France is in a real mess, and it’s not going to get better soon. Many (or most?) of the Muslim “youths” are native-born French citizens.

What can one say to someone who declares that he does not know why the invaders are rioting and bringing down our civilization? The West is being invaded. The “immigrants” refuse to, or are incapable of assimilating and with the acquiescence of “our leaders” are imposing their values upon us. France is guiltless but is as stupid as the rest of us for allowing so many heathen into the country. But then, the French, like us, no longer worship the God that says, “Thou shalt not have any other gods before me.” So I’ll just shut up and you can continue to pay your taxes, sorry Dane gold, to your new masters and watch your sons and daughters give you your “new” grandchildren as Babylon rises.

The question often seems to me to be how to practice a generous Christian spirit towards the ‘alien living amongst you’, without allowing an aggressive counter-culture to develop within your country.
The trouble right now is the bowing of the knee to the great god multiculturalism, where the greatest sin appears to be being of (what is at least at the moment) the majority culture. That combined with what appears to be a very aggressive Islamic counter-culture, does not make for a happy combination.
Of course, expressing concern at these things invites the ‘r’ word; such is life.
Myself, I’m an immigrant too – an Englishman in Canada. Here, I have to accept that generally it is just not possible to get a good cup of tea 😉

But the others! As Jesus said, I am come not but for the lost sheep of the House of Israel.
